Foxy Brown Released from prison

Rapper Foxy Brown was released from Rikers Island Prison in New York after serving 8 months of a one-year sentence.  The rapper was in prison for assault with her Blackberry phone.

REM Returns to Success in the Billboard Charts

REM debuted their new album, “Accelerate”, in the number two spot in the Billboard Charts.  This is the first time the band has had such a high debut since their 1996 album “New Adventures in Hi-Fi.”
